Not as expected. For the amount of 2000+ per day the room was very small with small cot and poor service. Room was dirty when we entered. Even after telling them this the next day also it wasn't cleaned. An average room for a high cost

very very worst stay in my life. full of smoke smell not cleaned wash room. opposite to bar . they are not providing room needs. when u ask that time only they were providing. ... fan speed out of control u can't adjust the speed. regulator not functioning.

They have a series of hotels in the same name. I went to a hotel in the high ways and i was asked to go to another branch that was 30 kms away. I the middle of the night we had to travel with the kid. The room was in 2nd floor and they said the lift is turned off. No room service was offered. The guy in the reception was busy playing games in cellphones with other staff. They don’t bother giving you proper responses. I will never consider this hotel as an option hence forth

There is no professional behavior and room is not good. Way of speaking with customer is terrible and making customer to afraid

Terrible. Slowly their quality of service is faded down. The rooms aren't cosy. They didn't even get time to maintain or renovate the rooms.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Temple City. The location is good, only a few kilometres drive to main temple area. Lots of restaurants nearby, but food is available in downstairs restaurant itself. Ample car parking space is available with security. Best part about hotel is staff including restaurant staff are very courteous and helpful. The room was small, but served our purpose of one night stay. Everything was working properly. They gave towels and toiletries when asked. Overall a good experience

Hospitality was really bad and the rooms, its not the exact in the photos shown. Water was not even hot while taking bath and they said they had hot water available.
